Preparation Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Microwave oven 1000 Watt: Remove meal from cardboard pack. Microwave frozen meal on High (100%) power for 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave oven and remove protective film before serving. Note: Heating time may vary with model of microwave. Conventional oven Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F). Remove meal from cardboard pack. Place frozen meal on an oven tray in the centre of the oven. Heat for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Carefully remove meal from oven on the tray and remove protective film before serving. Note: Dish may melt if placed too close to heating element.
